Gavin Fitzgerald

Gavin is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor and instructor at Colossal Fight Company. He teaches both self-defense and sport Jiu-Jitsu with a focus on strong fundamentals and practical application. Gavin is currently earning his Master’s degree in Nutrition at Idaho State University, where he studies health and performance. At Colossal, he coaches kids and teens in Jiu-Jitsu, helping young athletes build skill and confidence in a supportive environment. He also leads strength and conditioning sessions to improve athletic performance and overall fitness. Gavin is committed to helping students of all ages develop effective techniques that translate on the mats and in everyday life.
